Amtrak used this mailer to remind passengers to be "Track Smart" and to use precaution when inside the train and around the tracks. The headline on the cover of the mailer reads "Be Track Smart. Your life depends on it." When you open it up, a pop-up of a passenger appears while the sound of a distant train plays in the background. The inside of the mailer also carried a list of additional safety reminders.
