InterContinental Ambassador is a loyalty program that delivers benefits exclusively at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts properties worldwide. This welcome kit was produced and sent to new Ambassador members at three tier levels - Gold, Platinum, and Royal. Each kit contained a personalized welcome letter, a brochure, rewards card, and leather luggage tag.
